These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of junkhaulguys.com and any junk removal services you book through this website or by phone. By using our site or scheduling a pickup, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Junk Haul Guys provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in our published service areas. Some jobs may be performed by vetted local partner crews operating under our standards. Service availability, timing, and same-day scheduling are subject to crew capacity and are not guaranteed.
Quotes and Pricing
Any price shown on this website or given over the phone before we see your items is an estimate only. Final pricing is confirmed on site, before we begin loading, and is based on the volume your items occupy in our truck. You are free to decline the on-site quote at no charge. We do not charge by the hour.
Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the items being removed, including any gate codes, elevator reservations, parking, or permissions required by a landlord or HOA. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment window. Repeated same-day cancellations or crews arriving to find no one on site may result in a trip fee.
What We Cannot Take
For safety and legal reasons we cannot remove hazardous materials, including asbestos, wet paint, solvents, fuels, oils, chemicals, pesticides, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, or explosives. We may also decline items that are unsafe to lift or that a disposal facility will not accept. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before your appointment.
Your Property and Ownership of Items
By booking, you confirm that you own the items being removed, or that you have permission from the owner to have them removed. Once items are loaded onto our truck, ownership transfers to us and removal is final. Please check every item before we load it. We are not responsible for items handed to us in error, and we cannot retrieve items after disposal, donation, or recycling.
Liability
Our crews take care in and around your property. If we cause damage during a job, notify us within 72 hours so we can inspect and resolve it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for wear to surfaces caused by removing heavy or long-standing items, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
Recycling and Donation
We make a good-faith effort to recycle or donate what we can. Any figures we publish about diversion rates are averages across jobs and are not a promise about your specific load.

When you submit a form or call us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
